The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) is Noor-ul-Bashar (both Noor and Human) The Ahlus Sunnah wa'l Jamaah believe that it is indeed permissible to call the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) as 'Nur of Allah'.
